Perfect noodle texture
When I first bought these Lanchou noodles, I didn't have high expectations since they were just instant noodles. However, my assumptions were completely wrong. The noodles have a perfectly chewy texture and a distinct flavor compared to other instant noodles. I always add a little chili powder for spice and a touch of sugar to balance the saltiness, as I prefer less salty food.
