Perfect noodle texture

When I first bought these Lanchou noodles, I didn't have high expectations since they were just instant noodles. However, my assumptions were completely wrong. The noodles have a perfectly chewy texture and a distinct flavor compared to other instant noodles. I always add a little chili powder for spice and a touch of sugar to balance the saltiness, as I prefer less salty food.

I'm a big fan of noodles and have been looking for instant noodles with good flavor for a long time. Finally, I found packaged noodles with a vibrant broth. Before eating it, I added some scallions and beef. Do you know how it tastes? The instant ramen's flavor was perfect, like an expensive restaurant's food.
